This is my artsy take on the frozen trees outside my house. Today is the first day in a week that Austin has not had freezing weather. I was without heat/power for a few days and still don't have water. Sucks to be a pioneer in the 21st century.

Stunning design! I have often thought of you when I heard and saw the messages on Belgian television .. You have perfectly captured the icy feeling ... and I hope all the misery will soon be over.
Fabulous blending, texture and depth! Congrats on the Standing O! Glad you're okay. My son had frozen pipes, but they didn't burst. My brother was without power for 52 hours, but luckily he had a generator. They melted snow for water to flush the toilet! Something we would do up north!
Thanks. I was without power for 2 days and water for 5. We still have a boil water notice, but life is slowly returning to normal. Yep, I melted snow too. You do what ya gotta do.
Thanks, the storm was devastating for millions. I endured better than most—I only lost power for 2 days & water for 5. So many are still suffering. But yes, it was quite the ordeal. I'm finally starting to relax.
Oh no, I was thinking about you, afraid you might be caught in those Texas storms! I was without power for 24 hours and it kinda sucked! Love this conglomerate of trees!
Thanks, Mother Nature is not to be messed with. I lost power for 2 days and water for 5. Finally got water yesterday. The sun is shining today, things are getting better. Yippee!
Thanks, life is finally retuning to a semblance of normalcy. Water returned yesterday, we still have a boil water notice tho. I'm just glad the sun is shining today.
