Process
The template was dragged onto a 12x12 document
The background layer was coloured to match the design.
The Photograph was clipped to the FotoBlendz supplied and the FB changed to a Hard Light blending mode.
The photograph was duplicated again and clipped to the small frame.
The tape and texture layers were altered to complement the colours.
A Holiday WordART Cluster was placed together with the glitter tree and berries [taken from the Frolic bonus].
Finally stars were stamped.
