Cart Emptying on its own?
We believe we have fixed the issue some customers were experiencing with their cart emptying. If you continue to experience this, please contact us via the contact us link at the top of the page.
You might also try the following:
1. Make sure that cookies are allowed and java is turned on.
2. Clear any cookies for Oscraps & your data cache.
3. Close all browser windows and/or tabs you have open to the Oscraps shop.
4. Open a completely new window (not just a new tab) and log in via the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
5. Go shopping :)
If you are using a "branded" version of Internet Explorer (Yahoo, SBCglobal, MSN, etc.), please try the following:
1. Go directly into Internet Explorer rather than logging in via the Yahoo, MSN, etc. interface.
2. Go shopping. :)
