Credits: You Go Girl, an Oscraps Designer Collab

I extracted the photo using the quick selection tool and then did a Control+J to copy out only the part I wanted to use. I then duplicated that part of the image two more times. Here are the changes I made to each photo layer.

Top Layer: Regular Photo Layer with Overlay Blend Mode
Middle Layer: Sketch Effect - Note Paper with Overlay Blend Mode
Bottom Layer: Sketch Effect - Bas Relief
