I wanted to have the two paints and flair be similar shades of blue. I used the Color Replacement Brush to change the color of the flair. Then I used Image>Adjustments > Match Color to change the paint spatters to match the messy paint in the corner

That's a fabulous blue and I love the tire tracks. I've been looking for good tracks for a Jeep, and after months just finally found some today. ;)
