I was visiting the same evening Graham took his first 'big boy bath'...no baby seat or tub...he was thrilled! Just happened to have my camera with me and took a few photos. :)
Process:
Clipped photos to framed masks. Added background paper. Subtracted and added brushes to template. Clipped paper to title and placed glow from MultiMedia cluster behind title, duplicated glow and moved copy to left. Added sand transfers, lace transfer, bubbles, and elements.
