For the background I used mixed media paper 05 as an overlay on mixed media paper 08 to get the pops of turquoise to mirror the photo. For the photo I used techniques - first film grain filter and then posterized it (not to be confused with the poster edges filter instead in PS:Image>Adjustments>Posterize. For the remainder I played with the doodles and stickers until I got the look I wanted.
