Created 14”W x 10”H document, and used artsy paper 1 as my base
Using a specialized brush, ‘smudged’ the paper to create the effect shown
Placed owl photo and masked it from background
Applied an Emboss effect on the owl to make it pop a bit
Applied a vignette in Adobe Camera Raw
