Susie, the niece of my DH, in 1950, she just 'saved' another Bunny.

The journaling reads:

Susie was the 'Darling' of Granddad. And every year when a Bunny had to be offered for Eastern, Susie was send to Granddad. With her great blue eyes she cried, 'Not this Bunny?'. Susie had rescued a lot of Bunnies.
