Man, I don't know where this month went. I've wanted to do this layout since June. And the new FotoInspired Template Pack was just perfect for a two-page layout.
Father’s Day 2023
Chris & Tracy had been camping over the weekend and came home to this mess on Monday, not having a clue what a powerful storm had blown through NE OK on Saturday night.
Clockwise from bottom left: Broken sunlight (and not shown--a hole in the roof with 2 mo. old shingles); 1st view out the back door; the shed beyond the deck was destroyed; Chris sawing up the shed; view from neighbor's yard; Chris and Melissa cleaning off the deck. Also not shown, the broken limbs are from a tree they paid $2K for pruning this year, trying to save it. Now they want $3,500 more to take it out, as it is too badly damaged to save.
I started with the FotoInspired Template Pack 3C P10. I clipped Tracy’s photos to the masks, grouped all the masks/photos, placed APP He Solid Paper below the group, then placed transfers, art strokes and overlays, some above the group and some below. Embellished with elements, word art, glow and added journaling.
