Journaling : A normal weekday for me, in the the morning I went to work, in between, had a conversation with
the business psychologist because the atmosphere with us at work is very bad, too much work pressure currently.
In the afternoon a session is planned at the physiotherapist
and then my hubby and I go walking
with Lewis, and in the evening my father came to eat.
