This picture is special for a reason other than what you might expect. These pictures mark the beginning of the end of your extreme shyness. We were all excited about visiting the princesses but assumed you would enjoy them from afar. - even talking to kids or adults that you knew well was usually too scary without a pretty long warm up period. The day before in the hotel, you shocked Daddy and I by telling a stranger on the elevator that you were going to Disney. And when you saw princess Ariel you walked right up and sat down for pictures and an autograph What a fun day to overcome your shyness! We joyfully watched you meet all the princesses that day (expect Jasmine who was standing just a tad too close to Jafar). Yay for you!
Best of all this was not just you being brave at Disney. Back at home everyone noticed a dramatic difference - especially at school. And you continued to open up and be more and more comfortable showing everybody the true you.
