This one a mixed bag of palettes to tell the story of two toys and two kiddos. Started with the On Sale De Novo collection, then added in some Rhapsody on the right (story of the little musical guitar I bought for Oz, now passed down to Bowie). Also started with the De Novo Artsy Layered Template on the right, then added some MM Frames 12. Same on the left - De Novo ALT frames combined with MM 12 frames. The 2 extractions done by iPhone, custom shadows added. Customized the Music WordArt title, and customized all the clusters with Heart Notions. Finally added in some Folklore Transfers to pick up the greens and blues in the toys.
I hope you can read the story of the walker toy - it's not the same actual toy (Oz's was given away, not expecting it to be needed), but a happy circumstance resulting in them both having bear walkers.

Thank you! One of the wonders of taking and saving photos so easily these days is also easily calling up photos of the two children at the same age. I think they'll someday enjoy these :-)

Love the comparison of the kids with the toys. My kids had the Fisher Price toys that I saved and the grandkids played with. Wish I had photos, but that was the "camera" days.

Diane, this double page is one of my all time favorites of yours! It is very special that you have photos to compare both of them at the same age, playing with same or similar toys. I had to look very closely to see which one was who. They are just too cute, and you bring out their happy side with their playing activities. :heartpumpred:

Funny you recognize the Fisher Price walker - I had tried to offload this at a somewhat high-end (ie snooty) kids resale store in Portland, but they said they didn't do very well with Fisher Price ;-) But the kids do! Very lucky to have these photos!

Oh thanks so much! I'm very happy with this. Sometimes I feel it's a disservice to compare Bo with her big brother, but as I say in the journaling, I think it's just a natural reaction. Sometimes I wonder what I scrapped about before these two (must be something, as I have a shelf full of scrapbooks :-) ).
