The left side uses [URL='https://www.oscraps.com/shop/Artsy-Layered-Template-No-185.html']Artsy Layered Template 185 from the collection[/URL]. On the right I custom blended the cupcakes, adding balloons, transfers, Jazzed Up Loops and a few buttons.
The photos on the left are not very good, so I covered them with Jazzed Up Loops, getting color from the Fotoglows.

This is a wonderful birthday spread!! Print up and hang it on a wall!!!! I love the blending and the layering! The blending of the cupcake photo is beautiful!

Such a colorful happy page. I just went back and added some glows to the layout I just posted, it does make a big difference. Congrats on the SO!
