I used 2 artsy papers blended together for my foundation. I used FotoBlendz Overlay No 20 as a mask from my photo of 2 does. I duplicated the photo and used Topaz Studio on the copy to give it a painterly effect and blended it with the original. For embellishment I used 2 MultiMedia Magic Sprinklez No 3. On top I placed a transfer. The title is from Time Word Art Mix No 2. Thank you for looking.
