I created this birthday card for the Birthday Card Challenge to celebrate Oscraps' 15th birthday.
I recolored the balloon using the Color Overlay layer style set to Soft Light blend mode. The string was recolored on a separate layer and set to Normal blend mode.
Love the shadow work on that title...love what you did to recolor the balloon...and love the masked flowers in the corner. Beautiful card for this birthday celebration!
