I used
ArtPlay Palette Meraki
Meraki WordART Cluster
Meraki Artsy Layered Template (frame)
Process
Using a solid paper as my base I added the frame then clipped it to the frame.
Transfers and brushes were used to cradle the photo.
I added the cluster and used some elements from other WordART clusters
I added a ribbon from the palette to finish
