The [B]Armada of Rouen[/B] ends in apotheosis, with [B]the Grande Parade[/B] when all the sailboats, one after the other, leave the port of ROUEN to LE HAVRE to join the sea. It is a magnificent sight to see all these boats, all sails out, sailors mounted on the drawbars, saluting the crowd scattered on the verdant banks of the Seine. .
