This is Page 3 on the left, just transformed to the size of my page, photos clipped to masks, a paper from Mini Palette Relic clipped to the mask for my title.
On the right I used a Bouquet FotoBlendz for the large photo, adding a 2nd copy in Screen mode to brighten just the lifeguard stand.
Added another Frame from Page 11 and the envelope from Relic, then finished with brushes and elements.
