Process:
The ALT was opened on a new document; using only the frames and masks/shadows layers.
APP Fortuna sp3 was placed beneath all the layers.
FB1_5 was placed and the Pixabay photo was clipped to it; photo was duplicated and set to soft light blend mode.
3x4 Fortuna AK 1, and 4x6 AK 1 were placed in the frames, clipped to the masks
Lace piece was placed beneath the frames, MM Oriental 1_4 element added.
WA, ArtsyTransfers, paper textures, DecorART brushes, and MM Oriental 1_3 script finished the page.
