Ukiyo Artsy Layered Template on the right, with the frames enlarged a bit, layers moved, recolored, duplicated, etc.
On the left, photo blended with Jouer FotoBlendz.
MultiMedia Clocks on the right, with a few additional contextual elements (recolored) added and/or replaced, and Word Art colored and clipped to the white clock face.
A simple cluster created on the lower left, then a small set of embellishments on the Oz-photo to create a visual triangle. Splatters added for more orange and another visual triangle.
