I first worked a long time on the right, blending the photo two different ways, once to retain the gray colors of the board behind the photo.
I didn't have any other Mother's day photos (I was sick and had to cancel our plans), so I added a few gems from the week.
I added Straight Line Stitching to mask hard photo edges. For blending on the right, I placed Transfers over the photo, erasing as necessary.
A series of MultiMedia and elements connects everything together.
