I used an artsy paper for my foundation. I extracted my photo of a horse head in Photoshop, duplicated it 2 more times. I used the watercolor filter in Photoshop on one copy and a Topaz effect on the other copy. I blended all 3 copies together. I used the butterfly, flower, and clock from the elements.On top I placed the paper texture from transfers. Over the horse's forelock I placed a MultiMedia Flowers No 12.
