Journaling reads: We rode to Joy and Bobby’s house where we decided where to eat which would determine where we would ride. Our destination would be Lakeview Family Restaurant on High Rock Lake in Salisbury, NC which was about 30 minutes from their house. It was a beautiful day; not too hot and not too cold! People were even swimming! When we arrived at the restaurant it was very busy! There was room on the patio facing the lake so we enjoyed our meal overlooking the lake! We took our time eating and talking and enjoying the weather and time together before we headed back home. What a lovely time we had on a beautiful Saturday afternoon!
