This year we don't cook ourselves but ordered food from a local restaurant. Handy so that we don't have to stand in the kitchen all day. In the afternoon we cycle to the cemetery where my in-laws lie. When we come back, my father is already at the door because he is coming to celebrate Christmas Eve with Jolien and Benjamin. It will be a quiet Christmas Eve with good company.
