[B]Journaling right:[/B] October takes us to the leaders conference sponsored by Shepherds Church in Cary, NC. Bro. Dale is the one who first told Tim and me about the conference. Mark enjoys it now!

There are 5 couples, including Mark and I, who attend (pictured left): Terri and David Morris, Dale and Juanita Wallace (unfortunately, Juanita couldn’t come this year), Bobby and Joy Smith.

We spent several days in Alabama with my son, Michael and DIL, Jessica. We always have a great visit with them, broken bodies and all! I broke my wrist and got an L1 compression fracture as souvenirs!

We have a hawk that hangs out in our backyard. I’m not sure what critter(s) it is keeping an eye on. It might be the neighbor’s chickens. 10/25/23
